1. Under vacuum, the boiling point of the material solution decreases, increasing the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator; therefore, for a certain amount of heat transfer, the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be saved.
2. Low-pressure steam or waste heat steam can be used as the heat source for evaporation operations.
3. The evaporator has low heat loss.
Disinfection treatment can be performed before drying, and no impurities are mixed in during the drying process, meeting GMP requirements.
4. As a static vacuum dryer, the shape of the dried material will not be damaged.
