Working Principle of the Fluid Bed Granulator Dryer
The fluid bed granulator dryer uses airflow to bring the powder material into an annular fluidized state (commonly known as a boiling state). A spray gun atomizes and sprays the binder into the bed, causing the powder to agglomerate into fine particles containing binder. Finally, efficient heat exchange with hot air rapidly completes drying.
